LifeTrack

LifeTrack operates entirely on your device. The app collects and stores the following data locally only:

• Calendar events (title, date, time, description, location, category)
• Daily habits and habit completion logs
• Menstrual cycle data (start date, cycle length, period length) — only if you enable cycle tracking
• App preferences (theme, language, first day of week)
• Habit reminders and alarm settings

The information you provide is used solely to:

• Display your calendar events and daily habits
• Send local push notifications for event and habit reminders
• Track your habit streaks and completion statistics
• Show menstrual cycle phases and predictions on your calendar
• Personalise the app experience (language, theme)

All data is stored in a local Room (SQLite) database on your device. Preferences are stored using Android DataStore. No data leaves your device under any circumstances.

Security of your data depends on your device's own security features (screen lock, encryption). We recommend keeping your device secured.

Cycle tracking is an optional feature that you can enable or disable at any time in Settings. If enabled, the app stores menstrual cycle information (start date, cycle length, period length) exclusively on your device.

LifeTrack uses local notifications to remind you of upcoming events and daily habits. These notifications are generated entirely on your device and do not involve any network communication or third-party services.

You can disable notifications at any time through the app settings or your device's system settings.

LifeTrack does not integrate any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The app does not use:

• Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics
• Facebook SDK or any social media SDKs
• Advertising networks or ad SDKs
• Crash reporting services that transmit data externally

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. Your events, habits, and health information are private and remain exclusively on your device.

LifeTrack does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. All data remains local to the device.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it at all times. You can:

• View all your data directly within the app
• Delete individual events, habits, or cycle logs
• Disable cycle tracking to stop collecting health data
• Uninstall the app to permanently remove all data

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
